I have been into healthy living since I was around 14 years old, I got into Aromatherapy and Natural Remedies and have read loads of information on such topics.
I’ve always been interested in such subjects but I never linked that the way of eating on a regular basis can be used as a cure for such diseases. It was only in the last couple of years that I’ve been looking into healthy eating and nutrition and the impacts on our overall health.
Having said so, I am in no way perfect and I don’t eat super healthy 100% of the time. There are times when I eat super unhealthy or eat loads of bread, but I try to balance and eat healthily 80-90% of the time and indulge 10-15% of the time.
I have realised that the way I eat impacts my life a lot, from energy levels, certain health conditions, anxiety and panic attacks, fear and overall wellbeing.
I have decided to post about my story and how eating healthily has improved and helped my conditions. I don’t enjoy super lengthy posts, so I decided to split this topic into 3 posts (in addition to this one) cos I feel this would be easier to read and evaluate.
In the mean time, if you have any questions feel free to ask away. I am in no way qualified in the matter, but I have tried out a lot of things to try and heal my condition and if I can help someone to recover from the same conditions it would be a bonus! 🙂
