Brand: Pai Skincare
Product: Sea Aster & Wild Oat Redness Serum
I have never thought to use serums before but have recently been reading quite a bit about the importance and functions of serums and wanted to see what all the rave is about. I decided to try one from my ever loved brand Pai. I love Pai products and if you are a frequent reader of my blog you know they are mentioned quite a lot on my blog. I promise, I am not sponsored by Pai, but I am always looking for great clean products and I have yet to try a product from Pai I have not liked. This one is no different, I have been using it most days ever since I’ve tried it
I would say it is suitable for all ages, especially for people who suffer from eczema and sensitive skin.
How I use it
I use the Sea Aster and Wild Oat serum most nights after cleansing and toning. I apply it all over my face except for the eye area, let it sit for a couple of minutes for my skin to absorb and then apply a light layer or the Pai Bio Regenerate Rosehip Oil. I have found this to be the perfect combination for cold wintery weather where my skin tends to be dry and dehydrates with redness in certain areas especially on my chin. Using this combination reduced greatly the appearance of red patches and incorporating the Rosehip Oil have helped greatly with spot scarring. I wake up with plumper looking glowing skin after every use.
When my skin is super dry and slightly uncomfortable especially in very cold weather, I apply the Sea Aster and Wild Oat serum underneath my Avocado and Jojoba Hydrating Day Cream and it has done wonders to the texture and appearance of my skin
I love this serum, and I believe it is suitable for anyone who suffers from sensitive skin especially eczema prone. I wouldn’t use it on young skin though due to the active ingredients, but I would recommend it to anyone 18+. I do use it more than originally suggested on the instructions but I have seen great improvements in my skin and using it every other day feels like the perfect routine for me.
Have you tried the Pai Serum before? What are your thoughts?
