Empties #4 – Best Skincare and more…

I have used up quite a lot of items recently. Since starting project pan, I have been trying to use up items that are more that half empty or that have been open for quite some time and I have gone through quite a lot of stuff. I will split my empties posts in 2 since there are a lot of products!

This empties will be all based on skin care, and the other empties post (which will be posted next week) will be based on makeup and body products.

Excuse some of the tubes, as I do tend to cut them in half to make sure I don’t waste any product!  So onto the products:

Alpha-H – Liquid Gold with Glycolic Acid — I love this stuff, I use it at least once a week and I already started a new bottle. One of my favourite skin care products an I also love Alpha-H as a brand. This product really made a difference to my skin, it helped me clear my acne scars completely

Pai – Chamomile and Rosehip Sensitive Skin Cream — I love Pai, and if you’ve been following my blog, you know that almost every month I have a Pai favourite product. I already have another one of this in my skincare drawer and have been using it in my daily routine since the weather is getting colder. The bottles have changed since my 1st purchase, which was a glass jar, my repurchase came in a plastic like pump which is better for travelling but I loved the old glass jars

La Roche Posay – Effaclar Duo — I’ve used this when I had by acne breakouts and I love it. I do believe it was one of the main products that actually helped in healing my skin (apart from changing my diet of course) I will re purchase if I ever suffer from acne again (which I hope I won’t)

La Roche Posay – Toleraine —  I’ve also been using this product during my acne / oily skin period and I loved this product as it is great for sensitive skin since it does not have any scent. Same as the effaclar duo, I will re purchase if I suffer from oily skin again

Alpha-H – Triple Action Cleanser with Thyme — This product is good but I will not repurchase as I found it stinged my eye area most times and I could not use it to remove eye makeup. I prefer the balancing cleanser from Alpha-H but at the moment I am using other cleansers

Emma Hardie – Amazing face moringa cleansing balm — I love this balm cleanser, I love the scent, texture and its makeup removal capabilities. It is soft and gentle of the skin, removes makeup really well and is great on sensitive skin. I will re-purchase but at the moment I am using other products

Liz Earle – Smoothing Line Serum — I originally got this to use as an eye cream, I liked the feel of it but not for continuous use as it did not hydrate my skin, and to be fair, it is not intended to do so. I don’t think I will re purchase as I will look for a hydrating eye cream which soothes fine lines

Elemental Herbology – Cell plumping Facial Hydrator SPF 8 — I love the unique scent of elemental herbology products it is quite strong, but I liked it nonetheless. This face cream was hydrating enough for morning use and it actually left my skin feeling plumped and radiant. I will re purchase but at the moment I am using other products

Liz Earle – Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser — I love this cleanser, the scent, texture and makeup removal power! The ingredients of this product may not be as perfect, but I do find myself purchasing it every once in a while. This was a sample size but I’ve had huge tubs before. I will re purchase but I will try to mix it up with other organic and clean products to keep it balanced.
