Nutella Croissants

Well a little change to my usual posts, this is not a healthy post, quite unhealthy to be honest, but Nutella has been my favourite chocolate since I was a little kid and when I heard about the death of one of the Nutella creators, Michele Ferrero, I got inspired to try an old personal favourite recipe, a super easy to make Nutella Croissants.

Recipe:

1. I bought a ready made puff pastry (sfoglia) in a circle shape.

2. Cut the pastry into 8 sections

 3. Scooped around a tablespoon of nutella onto each section

4. Then roll them up from the biggest end to the smaller end

Cook in the oven for around 15 to 20minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees and enjoy, just don’t eat the whole batch πŸ™‚

When you treat yourself make sure that it is in moderation, that way you will appreciate it more and don’t ruin your usual healthy eating ways πŸ™‚

Thank you for reading πŸ™‚ Let me know what you think in the comments below!

I keep meaning to make nutella croissants… especially as rather than puff pastry you can get the pre-rolled and shaped croissant specific pastry – also works really well to bake a camembert in!!
