The Lorna Jane Fit Challenge #LJFITCHALLENGE


After the holidays I needed to kick start my health and fitness regime again, so when I read about the LJ Fit Challenge I was all in.

If you’ve read some of my previous posts, you know I love Lorna Jane, as a brand and her philosophy. I now own all her books and am obsessed with the move nourish believe app and website.

I bought the challenge which came with the Clean and Simple Eating Cookbook, Active Living Planner, 12 week move guide, which is exclusive to the challenge, and I chose the “Prove them wrong” tank.

I am on week 3 and am loving it so far. The cookbook is great, I have enjoyed every recipe I’ve tried they are simple to create an am currently obsessed with the zucchini lasagne and crunch salad, delicious πŸ™‚

The move guide is very well explained, consist of information, tips and meal plans along with the actual workouts which are split into 3 different phases to help build up strength and agility. 

Looking forward to continuing this challenge and will try to post updates at least after every phase (the plan consists of 3 phases in total!
