I’ve heard about the blood type diet ages ago and I started reading the book “Eat Right 4 your type” by Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo, but then got bored and stopped reading it after a couple of chapters, mostly because I didn’t know what my blood type was.
I’ve recently came to know what my blood type is and remembered about this book. I researched it a bit and discovered that they’ve since issued other books and a recipe collection. I am interested in reading it and maybe try it out, but I am not sure if it would be effective.
My main concept for doing this is to live a healthy life as possible and due to the fact that I suffer from eczema maybe avoiding certain food whilst increasing other food intake may help my condition rather than doing it to loose weight.
Did anyone hear or try out this eating lifestyle? What are your thoughts on such “diets”?
